Grand Prairie Gets a Bit Grander: 900 Acres of ‘Goodland’ Development Annexed Into City

Dallas-based developer Provident said the annexation paves the way for full Grand Prairie city services to be extended to the newly incorporated portion of Goodland, a 5,000-acre master-planned community featuring regional parks, hike/bike trails, and a wide range of other amenities.
