Conceived in a pub by British billionaire and 4x4 enthusiast Sir James Arthur Ratcliffe, the first Grenadiers for the North American market are set to arrive in November. Sewell INEOS Grenadier in Plano—which opens for sales this week—is one of 19 charter dealerships in the U.S.
