Fort Worth’s Farmer Brothers Coffee Co. To Be Acquired by Alabama’s Royal Cup Coffee and Tea

"Bringing together more than 250 years of coffee expertise," Farmer Brothers President and CEO John Moore said of the deal—which is linked to Braemont Capital's 2025 investment in Royal Cup—"it allows us to enhance our manufacturing and production capabilities, expand our already industry-leading nationwide distribution network, create even greater economies of scale and ultimately better serve our customers."
