Dallas County To Build a $52M Bio Lab and Life Sciences Building Near the Southwestern Medical District

Dallas County has seen the region make great strides in a growing biotech boom. And now the county is making its own bid to be a key player—by developing a $52 million, 75,000 square-foot bio lab and life science building at the northern edge of the Southwestern Medical District.

According to Chelsea Story, VP with CBRE’s Life Sciences practice in Dallas, "DFW has all of the pieces assembled to become a dominant force in the life sciences sector."
