North Texas’ Starship Bagel Conquers New York, Wins BagelFest’s ‘Best Bagel’ for 2nd Time in 3 Years

Starship, owned by Brooklyn-born North Texas entrepreneur Oren Salomon, has locations in downtown Dallas, Far North Dallas, and Lewisville. At New York's Citi Field Sunday, it beat out 24 international bagel shops and schlepped home with yet another top win.
