Design Unveiled for DFW Airport’s Terminal D Extension

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is getting a new extension for Terminal D—one that gives the international terminal an even greater feeling of spaciousness and runway vistas while delivering energy-saving technology through the use of View Dynamic Glass.

The Dallas architecture firm is one of several that will offer designs for the skyports that could be the landing bases for the aircraft, which Uber said will fly, possibly as early as 2020.
