Landsea Homes Names New VP of Sales and Marketing for Its DFW Division

Will Grimes brings more than 20 years of success in competitive sales and marketing in the real estate industry, primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. In January, Landsea Homes entered Dallas-Fort Worth and broadened its Texas footprint by acquiring Dallas-based homebuilder Antares Homes.

Melissa Kelly has been named president of Dallas-based Landsea Homes Corp.’s new Dallas-Fort Worth division, which was created when Landsea acquired Antares Homes.
“Melissa brings more than two decades of homebuilding experience with the Dallas-Fort Worth housing market and is well equipped to guide the introduction of Landsea Homes to this important region,” Mike Forsum, president and chief operating officer, Landsea Homes, said in a statement....

The acquisition expands Landsea Homes's DFW presence, following the company's move to Dallas from Newport Beach, California last year. Landsea said the acquisition includes repayment of an anticipated $47.2 million of Antares Homes debt.
