‘State-of-the-Art’ Dual-Branded Hotel Gets a Groundbreaking in Uptown Dallas

The development will feature Marriott brands AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel, bringing 264 upscale rooms, modern amenities, and unique lifestyle offerings to Uptown Dallas' McKinney Avenue corridor, said Atlanta-based PE firm Peachtree. The project is expected to open in summer 2026.
