The Arlington-based autonomous shuttle startup is plugging its electric, AI-powered fleet into Dallas’ “carrier’s carrier” to help tackle first-mile, last-mile headaches in city centers. 46 Labs’ platform could even help its shuttles double as roaming mobile hotspots.
