Dallas-based national commercial real estate firm Stream Realty Partners has appointed Doug Jones as the new managing director, Texas Office Services, based in Stream’s Dallas office.
The firm said he will play a pivotal role in bolstering the company’s office service business across all Texas markets, encompassing landlord and tenant representation and property management.
“Doug’s appointment is a testament to our commitment to leadership excellence and strategic expansion,” Blake Kendrick, chief operating officer at Stream Realty Partners, said in a statement. “With his impressive background and deep understanding of the Texas real estate market, Doug is uniquely qualified to enhance our office service offerings across the state.”
In his new role, Jones will work alongside leadership to strengthen the firm’s presence in Texas’s major markets — including Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio — by optimizing the office services division.
Stream said Jones’ responsibilities will involve developing and implementing growth strategies, fostering client relationships, and enhancing the overall performance of the office services sector.
‘A dynamic and rapidly growing market’
Before joining Stream, Jones was managing principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Texas business, where Jones was responsible for the firm’s internal operations and client-facing engagement, boosting collaboration across service lines within the region.
“I am thrilled to join Stream and look forward to contributing to the company’s ongoing success,” Jones said in a statement. “Texas is a dynamic and rapidly growing market, and I am excited to work with this talented team to deliver exceptional service and results to our clients.”
Stream said its Texas office portfolio totals roughly 50 million square feet that is either leased or managed across the state.
Stream operates 15 core offices in markets that cover areas including Alexandria, Virginia; Arlington, Virginia; Atlanta; Austin; Boca Raton; Charleston; Charlotte; Chicago; Colorado Springs; Dallas; Denver; Fort Lauderdale; Fort Worth; Greenville, SC; Houston; the Inland Empire; Irvine; Los Angeles; Miami; Nashville; Orange County; Phoenix; Raleigh-Durham; Reston, VA; San Antonio; Tysons; Washington, D.C.; and South Florida.
Stream said that over the last 27 years, the company has grown to more than 1,350 professionals and now completes more than $6.9 billion annually in office, industrial, retail, healthcare, land, and data center transactions.
