Tom Boyer has spent much of his career leading interior office and repositioning projects, from headquarters to high-profile law firm buildouts. Now he’s bringing that experience to Stream Realty Partners as the Dallas-based firm continues to expand its project management and occupier services platform.
Stream has named Boyer senior director of project management in its Dallas office. He’ll partner with Bobby Kunkle, who leads project management services for the region, to oversee interior buildouts and capital improvement projects. The firm announced that Boyer will play a key role in advancing operations in Dallas and supporting Stream’s growth in markets across the country.
Boyer most recently served as senior director at CBRE, where he oversaw some of the firm’s “most intricate interior office projects,” including headquarters for Host Hotels & Resorts and CGI Federal, along with law firm offices for Jenner & Block and Wiley Rein, according to Stream.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Rand Construction, gaining expertise across execution, preconstruction, and staffing. He began in single-family residential development with Ryan Homes on the East Coast. A shift to commercial interiors during the housing downturn helped shape the next two decades of his career.
“Tom’s combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and client-focused mindset makes him a tremendous asset to our team,” Kunkle said in a statement. “He brings deep experience managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams, and we’re excited about the impact he’ll have on our clients and our growing business.”
Boyer said he sees the future as “incredibly bright” with the backing of Stream’s platform and culture. “I came to Stream for the opportunity to do great work and build something meaningful,” he said.
Stream Realty Partners, headquartered in downtown Dallas, employs more than 1,550 people nationwide and handles over $8.9 billion in transactions annually. The firm offers services including leasing, investment sales, property management, and construction management.
