Inc. Magazine has unveiled its 2026 list of the fastest-growing companies in the Southwest, and 45 North Texas companies are honorees—with three cracking the Top 10 and one making the Top 5.
Dallas-based JobTread Software is ranked No. 5 on the Southwest list, leading all North Texas companies who made the list. Joining JobTread among the Top 10 are Allen-based 3DG Partners at No. 6 and McKinney-based Maverick Power at No. 7.
Houston-based Epique Realty topped the Southwest list at No. 1 with 13,387% growth, followed by Albuquerque’s One-Off Studios at No. 2, San Antonio’s Hire With Near at No. 3, and Austin’s Foundry512 at No. 4.
Driving ‘real economic change’
Inc. said the listed companies across all U.S. regions have generated a cumulative $30.6 billion in revenue from 2022 to 2024—while driving “real economic change for their communities” and revealing “the industry tailwinds, consumer trends, and business strategies behind this remarkable growth.”
The 2026 Inc. Regionals: Southwest list features a total of 132 companies from Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Arizona. Overall, the companies on the Southwest list had a 79% median growth rate. Among Texas companies, 108 made the list with a 75% median growth rate.
Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 Regionals lists are ranked according to their percentage growth over two years, from 2022 to 2024. The honorees from the Southwest region added a total of 9,633 jobs and $5.2 billion to the regional economy.
North Texas companies lead the Southwest Region in key industry categories
Beyond their showing on the overall list, North Texas companies claimed the top spot in the following Inc. Southwest Regional categories, ranking highest across the entire multi-state region in their respective industries.
Software: JobTread Software (No. 5 overall, 932% growth) Aforemetioned JobTread Software, an all-in-one construction management platform that streamlines project management, budgeting, and invoicing for contractors, led the Software category with the fifth-highest growth rate in the Southwest. Led by CEO Eric Fortenberry, the high-growth SaaS company also won the “Innovation in SaaS” award at the 2025 D CEO and Dallas Innovates Innovation Awards and was recognized as the sixth fastest-growing technology company in North America by Deloitte in 2025.
IT Services: 3DG Partners (No. 6 overall, 651% growth) Allen-based 3DG Partners, a technology advisor and IT consulting firm founded in 2018, topped the IT Services category. The company provides IT consulting, DevOps, AI services, security training, and staffing solutions, focusing on helping large, multi-location enterprises with digital transformation.
Manufacturing: Maverick Power (No. 7 overall, 627% growth) McKinney-based Maverick Power led the manufacturing category as a fast-growing electrical original equipment manufacturer that designs and builds integrated, factory-built power systems for data centers, industrial applications, and electrification infrastructure.
Business Products & Services: Black Label Ingredients (No. 12 overall, 406% growth) Edgecliff Village-based Black Label Ingredients topped its category with 406% two-year growth. The supply chain firm—headquartered in the former Star-Telegram printing press building—specializes in sourcing and selling specialty ingredients for industries including skincare, cosmetics, vitamins, and food and beverages.
Government Services: Nascence Group (No. 18 overall, 298% growth) Arlington-based Nascence Group led the Government Services category. The certified small business provides specialized support services, including facility management, staffing, IT, and contract support. The HUBZone, SBA 8(a), and woman-owned firm (WOSB/EDWOSB) serves client missions through comprehensive operational support.
Computers & Technology: StrikeReady (No. 39 overall, 164% growth) Richardson-based StrikeReady, a cybersecurity company, led the Computers & Technology category with 164% two-year growth.
Consumer Services: Department of Doody (No. 56 overall, 107% growth) Fort Worth-based Department of Doody, a family-owned pet waste removal service, topped the Consumer Services category with 107% growth.
Travel & Hospitality: Associated Luxury Hotels International (No. 72 overall, 73% growth) Plano-based Associated Luxury Hotels International led the Travel & Hospitality category. The company is a global sales organization representing a premier portfolio of over 250 independent luxury hotels, resorts, and cruise lines.
Insurance: Higginbotham Insurance & Financial Services (No. 91 overall, 57% growth) Fort Worth-based Higginbotham Insurance & Financial Services, an employee-owned firm established in 1948, led the Insurance category. The company provides insurance, financial, and HR/employee benefits services as a single-source solution. It has been ranked by Business Insurance as the nation’s 20th largest independent insurance brokerage by revenue and earned the 2025 Fort Worth Chamber Spirit of Enterprise Award.
Artificial Intelligence & Data: BuzzClan (No. 109 overall, 37% growth) Frisco-based BuzzClan led the Artificial Intelligence & Data category. The IT managed services provider and certified partner for Tier 1 providers works with companies like Oracle.

Methodology
To qualify for the 2026 Inc. Regionals: Southwest list, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. Additionally, they must have been based in the U.S., privately held, for-profit, and independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies as of December 31, 2024. The minimum revenue requirement was $100,000 for 2022 and $1 million for 2024. All honorees had to pass Inc.’s editorial review.
