Fort Worth-based online credit solutions provider Elevate Credit has made two key leadership appointments that it said underscore the company’s commitment to driving growth and operational excellence.
Kerry Miles has been promoted to chief operating officer from chief product officer and Michael Bailey has joined Elevate as chief marketing officer.
Miles is a seasoned leader with more than a decade at Elevate.
She has been instrumental in shaping Elevate’s product strategy and expanding its portfolio to better serve under-resourced consumers, the company said. In her new role, Miles will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless alignment of operational strategies across the organization while continuing to drive product innovation and strengthen bank partnerships that enhance service offerings.
“Kerry has been a transformative force at Elevate, combining strategic vision with operational excellence,” CEO Jason Harvison said in a statement. “Her leadership has significantly improved customer experiences.”
Before Elevate, Miles held leadership roles in product management, focusing on financial technology and consumer lending solutions.
Marketing innovation
Bailey brings more than two decades of expertise in marketing strategy, digital transformation, and brand development to Elevate. As CMO, Bailey will lead the company’s marketing and branding efforts, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and expanding digital acquisition channels.
“Michael’s track record of leveraging marketing innovation to achieve outcomes makes him a perfect fit for Elevate,” Harvison said. “His expertise in aligning marketing strategies with business goals will be invaluable as we continue to expand our reach and impact.”
Before Elevate, Bailey held senior marketing roles at Sirva, Asurion, and Fleetcor, where he drove digital transformation and delivered significant revenue growth.
“With these recent leadership announcements, Miles and Bailey will further elevate our mission of empowering customers towards financial wellness,” Harvison said.
