Carrollton-based remote patient monitoring company VitalTech has been acquired by New York-based CoachCare, a remote patient monitoring and virtual health company, for an undisclosed amount.
CoachCare said the acquisition represents its eighth acquisition since 2023.
“This strategic acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for VitalTech’s team and our expanding network of large health system clients,” VitalTech CEO Jeh Kazimi said in a statement. “Over the past few years, we have built an innovative, AI-first platform designed to revolutionize virtual care. Joining forces with CoachCare allows us to further scale our solutions, expand payment models, and deliver even greater value to our existing and future clients.”
He added, “Together, we will enhance patient outcomes, empower healthcare providers, and shape the future of virtual care. We have long admired CoachCare’s vision and unwavering commitment to consolidating the virtual care market, and we are thrilled to become part of this rapidly growing company.”
Making healthcare more efficient and effective
Founded in 2019, VitalTech’s software and AI expertise compliments CoachCare’s existing suite of RPM, Chronic Care Management and other services. CoachCare said.

CoachCare said its comprehensive suite of virtual tools, including remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, video conferencing, real-time messaging, screening, content sharing, and connected devices, represents a comprehensive solution for providers and patients.
The company said that more than 200,000 patients in 3,000 locations benefit from CoachCare’s solution.
VitalTech said it develops solutions that empower patients to better care for their health and wellness while enabling care teams to monitor, manage, and care for patients remotely.
Its platform enables health systems, managed care organizations, home health agencies, physicians, and senior living facilities to automate clinical workflows while improving health outcomes, increasing patient safety, and lowering the cost of care.
