MOURI Tech, an Irving-based global provider of enterprise IT solutions, has acquired Vertisystem Inc., a Califonia-based IT services company specializing in the gaming and hospitality industries.
MOURI said the acquisition is part of its strategy to enhance its service offerings and broaden its footprint in the gaming and hospitality industries and will enable MOURI to expand its presence in the United States and India, enhancing its global delivery capabilities.

MOURI Tech CEO Anil Yerramreddy said the company is “thrilled to welcome Vertisystem to the MOURI Tech family,” adding that the move enhances its service offerings to clients.
“With this acquisition, we aim to broaden our market reach across key industry verticals, including gaming and hospitality,” Yerramreddy said in a statement. “Together, we will strive to leverage our combined strengths to drive innovation and deliver value to our clients.”
No financial details were provided.
Vertisystem CEO Rakesh Sadhwani said the acquisition is an opportunity.
