Motivus, an Irving-based global digital engineering and AI services company, has named Shantala Sadananda as its new chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Sadananda joins the company at a time of strong market momentum as it expands its digital, cloud, and AI transformation portfolio for enterprise clients worldwide, Motivus said.

With more than two decades of global leadership experience, Sadananda has built and scaled high-performing organizations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and APAC.

Her background includes senior executive roles at Innova Solutions, Globant, Hexaware, Mindcrest, and Capgemini, where she led multimillion- and multibillion-dollar business units, strengthened client partnerships, and delivered digital and AI-enabled transformation across banking and financial services, healthcare, retail, and high-tech sectors, Motivus said.

Sadananda’s leadership philosophy centers on trust, clarity, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes, the company added. She has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Illinois, awarded the Most Admired Women Leader by Fortune Business, and honored with the International Achievers Award for her impact on technology and business transformation.
