London-based global management consultancy Baringa has acquired all staff from Altruas, a Dallas-based digital and technology consultancy, the firm announced.
Founded in Dallas in 2002, Altruas specializes in business and strategy advisory, ERP, CRM, and enterprise architecture. Its team brings experience helping clients develop technology strategies for digital transformation and will be integrated into Baringa’s U.S. digital and technology practice, with access to experts in New York, Houston, Chicago, and Charlotte, as well as global hubs in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Mansi Patel, Baringa’s global head of capabilities and a member of its executive leadership team, said the addition supports Baringa’s growth plans in the U.S. as companies rethink how core business models, enabled by digital tools and data, can unlock new sources of revenue.
“Integrating this expertise into our team will supercharge Baringa’s already strong growth in the digital and technology space in the U.S. with faster execution and scalable delivery models,” Patel said in the statement.
Baringa, founded in London in 2000, said the deal adds sector knowledge and delivery capabilities to help clients accelerate impact, combining its global scale with Altruas’ local execution focus. Financial details were not disclosed.
