Irving-based global enterprise IT services provider MOURI Tech has acquired Versant Systems PTE LTD, a Singapore-based IT services company in a strategic move it said marks a significant milestone in MOURI Tech’s expansion strategy.
The company said the acquisition strengthens its presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and meets the growing demands of its global clientele.
“This acquisition is a testament to our commitment to growth and global expansion,” Anil Yerramreddy, global CEO of MOURI Tech, said in a statement.
Adding Versant’s expertise in manufacturing and logistics sectors into the MOURI Tech portfolio will put his company “in prime position to provide enhanced services and solutions to our clients worldwide,” Yerramreddy added.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Looking to expand R&D in Singapore
Sashidhar Bandi, CEO of Versant Systems, said the deal presents great opportunities, “particularly in expanding our R&D capabilities.”
Bandi said the synergies of the combined company would “accelerate our growth and deliver even greater value to our customer stakeholders.”
