Frosty Fusion: Meow Wolf Grapevine Presents ‘Unreal Winter’ Dec. 1‑21

A winterized, seasonal remix of Meow Wolf Grapevine's "multicosmic odyssey" will be blowing in next month at Grapevine Mills mall. From an Unreal Winter Quest to winter workshops to themed art jams and Adulti-Verses, expect a frosty fusion of immersive art.

A frosty fusion of art, adventure, and seasonal wonder is coming to Meow Wolf Grapevine—the immersive, interactive “multicosmic odyssey” art experience at Grapevine Mills mall.

From Dec. 1 to Dec. 21, a “multiversal cold front” will sweep in the Unreal Winter, a winterized edition of Meow Wolf Grapevine filled with “dazzling activities,” enhanced art-making, and a one-of-a-kind quest to uncover visitors’ Winter Essence.

The Unreal Winter invites travelers of all timelines to uncover new surprises hidden within The Real Unreal, Meow Wolf Grapevine’s ongoing art installation. Whether you’re stepping through a Meow Wolf exhibition for the first time or you’ve mapped every hidden portal of The Real Unreal, “this seasonal remix offers fresh mysteries and a festive collision of art, storytelling, and boundary-blurring creativity synonymous with the immersive art exhibition,” the venue says.

Unreal Winter is the ultimate gift for the holidays,” Meow Wolf Grapevine GM Kelly Schwartz said in a statement. “We’ve created an experience full of wonder and connection that only Meow Wolf can deliver. It’s the perfect way to celebrate connection, creativity, and curiosity.”

Highlights of the Unreal Winter include, per Meow Wolf:

  • Unreal Winter Quest: Follow playful clues scattered across the exhibition to discover your Winter Essence. Free with admission.
  • Winter Workshops: Craft treasures like snowflake garlands, bobblehead snowmen, and tin ornaments in evening workshops at the Matt King Mystery Center. ($7 add-on)

Sadly, no matter how great the Kelly-Moore team, products and reputation for service, we simply couldn’t overcome the massive legal…
