Fort Worth-Based Clarus Launches Its First‑Ever Touchscreen Glassboard

Lynk's most distinct feature is its ability to enable real-time remote collaboration, allowing multiple participants to sketch, annotate, and edit content simultaneously. Potential users include surgeons, professors, and designers.

Fort Worth-based glassboard maker Clarus has launched Lynk, a wall-mounted touchscreen writing glassboard featuring more than 250 apps, a multi-point touchscreen, and real-time remote collaboration abilities.

“Lynk is not just another digital whiteboard,” Brittany Ricks, head of marketing and new product innovation at Clarus, said in a statement. “It’s built for the way teams actually work—whether that is a surgeon reviewing scans, a professor leading a hybrid class, or a designer sketching ideas in real-time with a remote team.”

Clarus said that Lynk is constructed with its premium, durable glass and features an elegant writing surface integrated with a state-of-the-art digital interface.

“Clarus exists to help people thrive,” CEO Gil Gibson said. “And Lynk isn’t just about connecting devices—it’s about connecting people. We can’t wait to see how teams across the globe make it their own.”

The company said Lynk’s most distinct feature is its ability to enable real-time remote collaboration, allowing multiple participants to sketch, annotate, and edit content simultaneously. That transforms meetings from binary listener/presenter roles into active teamwork, the company said.

Clarus said that Lynk is app-agnostic, supporting apps such as Zoom, Canva, Slack, PowerPoint, Teams, and more.

Lynk is tailored for high-impact environments such as healthcare, education, and corporate settings. Per Clarus, its uses include:

  • In hospitals, patients can video call doctors, pull up medical images, and stream entertainment from their beds.
  • In classrooms, students can join from anywhere while teachers deliver dynamic presentations.
  • In offices, powerful tools and apps keep meetings and brainstorms flowing, and everyone can contribute in real time.

Clarus said it’s the originator of the glass board and the world’s largest innovator, designer, and fabricator of glass visual communication solutions.
