Dallas Firm To Break Ground on $40M+ Industrial Development in South Fort Worth

ALTO Real Estate Funds is planning a groundbreaking event for Sept. 15 for ALTO Carter Park 35, a $40 million-plus, 20-acre Class A industrial development strategically located along Interstate 35W in South Fort Worth.

The event will mark the official start of construction for the 342,790-square-foot project, which is expected to be completed by Q3 2026.

“Carter Park 35 reflects ALTO’s ongoing commitment to developing best-in-class industrial facilities in Texas’ strongest logistics markets,” Iman Haddad, head of development at ALTO, said in a statement. “Its strategic frontage, connectivity, and flexible design will make it an attractive destination for tenants seeking modern, efficient space.”

ALTO said the development will offer more than 760 feet of I-35W frontage, immediate highway access, and excellent proximity to major logistics hubs, including DFW International Airport and the Alliance industrial corridor. Carter Park 35 is designed to accommodate up to five tenants and will feature both a 40-foot clear cross-dock and a 32-foot clear rear-load configurations to meet diverse user needs.
