Dallas-Based Limestone Networks Expands With Acquisition of Four Hosting Brands

The IaaS provider known for its ‘bare metal’ servers is expanding into VPS and web hosting, aiming to serve everyone from startups to global service providers.

Dallas-based Limestone Networks is growing its cloud infrastructure portfolio, acquiring BreezeTech Hosting, Silver Hosting, Snowside Hosting, and NextArray in a move the company calls a “bold expansion” into VPS and web hosting.

Known for its high-performance bare metal cloud servers, Limestone said the deal strengthens its position as a global infrastructure player and broaden its offerings to serve everyone from startups to enterprise-scale providers.

“This move isn’t about checking boxes—it’s about setting the pace,” CEO Preston Gosdin said in a statement.

“Bare metal made us the standard for customer service and reliability,” he added. “Now with VPS and web hosting, we’re giving customers every tool they need to grow without compromise.”

He calls it “infrastructure done the LSN Metal way: loud, fast, and built to last.”

No financial details were disclosed.

The company said BreezeTech and its affiliated brands bring a strong customer base and a reputation for reliability. Their integration gives clients immediate access to Limestone’s global footprint, expanded support, and an infrastructure stack built to scale.

“Our customers demand more, and Limestone delivers,” said Ryan Wilson, VP of product at BreezeTech.

The integration process is already underway, Limestone said, with a focus on seamless migration and expanded service access. Customers of the acquired brands will now have a path into Limestone’s private cloud and bare metal environments as their needs evolve beyond shared hosting.

The company said the move is part of its mission to deliver scalable, cost-effective infrastructure solutions that grow with its clients.
