This week, Crow Holdings, a Dallas-based real estate investment and development firm, announced the launch of Crow Holdings Renewables. The new venture will develop solar energy and battery storage projects throughout the United States at community and utility scales.
At the helm of the endeavor is a highly capable team assembled by Crow Holdings. Co-leading the company is Laurence Pelosi, senior managing director at Crow Holdings, and Tim Marvich, who recently joined the company as a managing director.
Pelosi, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, energy, and infrastructure, has been with the company since 2019. Marvich, an accomplished leader in renewable energy development, was previously associated with Apex Clean Energy and NextEra Energy Resources. Riean Norman, as Vice President, will focus on spearheading pre-development activities in California and the Northeast.
Leveraging its expertise and local presence, Crow Holdings Renewables aims to establish a strong presence in the rapidly growing solar markets nationwide. The company says it’s committed to actively contributing to the development of renewable energy solutions for communities and businesses nationwide.
