Conner Industries Names New CRO as It Scales Nationwide Packaging Operations

Kevin Kenjarski's appointment comes on the heels of a series of strategic expansions industrial packaging provider, including the recent growth of its Guardian Packaging facility and the acquisition of Kirkland Sales Inc.

Conner Industries has appointed packaging industry veteran Kevin Kenjarski as chief revenue officer, the latest in a string of strategic moves to grow the Fort Worth-based company’s integrated packaging division and national footprint.

In the announcement, CEO David Dixon said Kenjarski’s experience leading commercial teams and driving profitable growth in complex packaging categories is “exactly what Conner needs for its next phase.”

“As we expand our industrial packaging capabilities across wood, foam, corrugate, and plastics—including military and aerospace applications—Kevin will align revenue teams around disciplined execution, key account growth, and customer value creation,” Dixon said in a statement.

Kenjarski brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, according to the company. Most recently, he held senior executive roles at Smurfit Westrock, where he led a billion-dollar sales organization. He also held leadership positions at Pretium Packaging and Clondalkin Group.

“Conner has a unique position as a single-source provider that marries industrial wood expertise with multi-material packaging,” Kenjarski said in a statement. “I’m excited to partner with David and the team to scale our go-to-market engine, deepen key customer relationships, and bring data-driven commercial rigor to every deal.”

Kenjarski will oversee revenue strategy and execution across sales, key accounts, commercial operations, and pipeline development, the company said. He will work closely with Conner’s Industrial Packaging Division to meet demand in high-performance transport and protective packaging—particularly in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, and other industrial markets.

The appointment follows a series of growth milestones for Conner as it expands its reach beyond lumber and pallets into engineered, multi-material packaging. In March, the company acquired Kirkland Sales Inc., a custom foam fabricator based near Dallas, bringing new capabilities in foam, gasket, and plastic packaging to Conner’s integrated solutions portfolio.

The Kirkland acquisition marked Conner’s fifth in its integrated packaging division and reflected the company’s intention to bring customized solutions to the mixed-material packaging market nationwide, according to its March announcement.

In late 2024, the company expanded its Guardian Packaging facility by 53%, boosting its manufacturing capacity and earning new ISO certifications to support high-volume government contract work. Earlier that year, it also launched ConnerPackaging.com, a new platform highlighting its focus on protective packaging across materials and sectors.

The private equity-backed private company operates 19 plants across 13 states, including Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Colorado, and Florida.
