Home Solutions Co. GoldenHome Is Developing an AI‑Driven ‘Smart Manufacturing Hub’ in North Texas

The 130,000-SF facility in Cedar Hill "integrates AI-driven automation with master-level craftsmanship to deliver bespoke home solutions at unprecedented speed," the company said.

GoldenHome—a Xiamen, China-based provider of premium integrated kitchen cabinets and customized home solutions—is developing a “flagship” North American facility in the Dallas suburb of Cedar Hill.

The 130,000-SF smart manufacturing hub “integrates AI-driven automation with master-level craftsmanship to deliver bespoke home solutions at unprecedented speed,” the company said. GoldenHome announced the new North Texas hub this week during the 2025 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show in Las Vegas.

Founded in 1999, GoldenHome expanded to the U.S. market in 2014. Publicly traded (Stock Code: SH603180), it has over 4,000 retail locations worldwide. The company says it holds “hundreds of design patents” enabling unparalleled personalization options in home interiors.

The Dallas area was chosen for the new hub due its “strategic coast-to coast reach,” the company said. High-tech features of the Cedar Hill facility are said to deliver a 40% faster production cycle “from 3D design to delivery,” along with “pixel-perfect customization” and “100% American-made precision.”

The company said it’s featuring its signature cabinets and closets at this year’s KBIS conference in Las Vegas, showcasing its latest selection of styles—including slab, shaker, and tilt-out designs, and innovative surface materials, such as PET, wood veneer, melamine and lacquer.

GoldenHome does more than kitchens and closets. It also offers creative storage and space-planning, from dedicated pet corners to integrated fitness and entertainment zones.

“We believe a home is a sacred place that deserves nothing but the best,” Founder and CEO Sean Zen Pan said in a statement. “This philosophy drives GoldenHome to craft products that ignite the joy of coming home.”

“Since our inception, we’ve been committed to making luxury affordable and accessible, ensuring everyone can experience the elegance of modern design in their home,” the CEO added.
