Now it's moved into a new Plano HQ with dynamic working spaces, two full-sized kitchens, a basketball court, and a recreational area with a pool table, ping pong table, and massage chair.

Fort Worth-based PAK Quality Foods has acquired the assets of Las Colinas International Inc., better known as Formosa Foods, the company announced Monday.
