Texas Is Chosen for One of Three ARPA-H Hubs, with Dallas Snagging a Key Prize

The new federal Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health has selected a Texas consortium for one of three regional hubs in its $2.5 billion health innovation network initiative. The Customer Experience hub will be physically located at Dallas' Pegasus Park.

Solutions by Text Taps Payment Pro as Chief Product Officer

Solutions by Text, known for its FinText platform targeting consumer finance businesses, has appointed industry veteran Nick Babinsky as its chief product officer.

The company was started in 2008 to deliver conversational messaging for businesses through texts.

Babinsky, with a history of scaling ACH and card-based software solutions and fostering collaborations with major banking and fintech players, was instrumental in Billtrust’s growth in B2B payments, according to a news release....
