Caterpillar Appoints New Energy & Transportation Group President

Caterpillar said that Kaiser—a 23-year company veteran—will have responsibility for the Rail Division, Solar Turbines, Large Power Systems Division, Industrial Power Systems Division, Electric Power Division, Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division, Cat Reman (remanufactured parts), and the Electrification and Energy Solutions Division.

The company was acquired by Fort Worth's Goff Capital in 2017, which moved its HQ to the Panther City—and plans further Texas expansion.
