A new concept from Chicago-based restaurant group Lettuce Entertain You will be the dining anchor for The Seam, a "reimagining" of a seven-building property at 1444 Oak Lawn. The Seam will feature 160,000 square feet of experiential dining, shopping, and wellness concepts when it opens in Summer 2026.
