California-based Tanium, a technology management and endpoint security company, has leased 12,992 square feet of office space at Spectrum Center in Addison.
The move is part of an ongoing office expansion as Tanium experiences rapid growth and adds additional headcount globally, according to a news release from real estate services and investment firm CBRE.
Tanium was founded in 2007 by father and son David Hindawi and Orion Hindawi. It offers a security and IT management platform that allows businesses and government organizations to manage and secure their networks against cyber threats and other forms of disruption.
According to CBRE, the site search in the DFW area was focused on finding a centrally located building as well as access to premier amenities.
“Tanium has experienced explosive growth and was looking to more than triple their previous office space,” said Preston Lynn, vice president with CBRE in Dallas. “Our task was to find the best location that would attract and retain top talent in DFW. We analyzed many options and chose Spectrum Center because of its centralized location and high walkability.”
Lynn, Clay Vaughn, and Nick DeMartini with CBRE represented Tanium and Aarica Mims and Burson Holman with Granite Properties in Dallas represented the landlord.
