Dallas-based “Experiential Collectibles” platform Oh YAAS has named Jeremy J. J. Allen as chief collectible officer and Lloyd Mintz as head of licensing, further strengthening the company’s executive team following the recent appointment of Ken May, former CEO of FedEx Kinko’s and Topgolf, as Oh YAAS’ new chief executive.
With track records of operational excellence, extensive hobby credibility, and global licensing expertise, Oh YAAS said that these new leaders place the company seeking to redefine collecting at the forefront of the next evolution of the $50 billion trading card and collectibles industry.
“Collecting has always been about connection, storytelling, and shared passion, and nobody understands that better than Jeremy J.J. Allen, who is widely respected as a visionary and trusted voice within the hobby,” May said in a statement. “To that, Lloyd Mintz brings three decades of experience building and scaling world-class licensing programs for some of the most recognized intellectual properties in entertainment, and understands that licensing is about unlocking brand potential in deeply meaningful ways. They round out an All Star team.”

Experts in collectibles and licensing
With over three decades immersed in the collectibles ecosystem and a lifetime love for it, Allen has “built a career at the intersection of community, culture, and commerce,” Oh YAAS said.
From founding and leading Collector’s League to serving in leadership roles at Heritage Auctions and advising emerging platforms spanning trading cards, pop culture, and gaming, Allen’s passion for collecting and numerous industry relationships mean that Oh YAAS products will resonate authentically with collectors while driving the category forward. As chief collectible officer, he’ll lead Oh YAAS’s collectible strategy—overseeing product innovation and product architecture, collector experience, artist collaborations, and community engagement.
Mintz’s career of building strategic retail, and manufacturing partnerships through executive leadership in global licensing, brand expansion, and consumer products strategy will play a key role as Oh YAAS expands its exclusive agreements and multi-channel distribution strategy.
With senior roles and an impressive record at Disney Consumer Products, Hasbro, and Kartoon Studios, his experience and relationships include retail, hobby, and direct-to-consumer platforms. As Head of Licensing, Mintz will oversee licensing strategy and partnership development, creating premium IP opportunities across sports, entertainment, gaming, and pop culture.
