Carfluent Names Longtime Auto Industry Veteran as its Chief Growth Officer

Aaron Schinke has joined the C-suite of Dallas-based Carfluent, an AI-driven website technology that connects auto dealers with Spanish-speaking customers.

Dallas-based Carfluent, an AI-driven website technology that connects auto dealers with Spanish-speaking customers, has appointed Aaron Schinke as its chief growth officer.

The company said that Schinke, a veteran of the automotive industry, has a proven track record of leading teams and driving growth, as shown by his instrumental role in the success of DealerFire and DealerSocket and his recent tenure as CEO of Lincoln Labs.

“Carfluent is poised for significant growth, and Aaron is the ideal leader for this journey. His extensive knowledge, understanding of the needs and challenges auto dealers face, and his history of growing companies in the auto industry make him a natural fit to join the Carfluent team,” Chance Mayfield, CEO of Carfluent, said in a statement.

Justin Neiser, the company’s chief experience officer, previously worked with Schinke on several website and digital retailing initiatives “across the entire OEM landscape.”

“I know the value he can bring to both consumers and dealers, and I’m excited for the strategic opportunities that lay ahead,” Neiser said.

Founded in 2021, Carfluent said it has had a series of successful quarters, marked by a 7x increase in customers and the addition of major automotive groups such Cavender. Since partnering with Carfluent, Cavender Auto Group has closed 87% of leads from its Spanish-language websites, reinforcing its position as a leader in reaching diverse consumer segments and meeting their unique needs, the company said.

“When Chance and the team asked me to join Carfluent, it didn’t take me long to realize this was a perfect fit,” Schinke said in a statement. “There are tremendous opportunities for growth, as Spanish speakers are the fastest-growing segment in the country, with more than 60 million in the United States, making up 20% of the population. Carfluent helps this underserved market have the same opportunities for car buying as everyone else by connecting them with dealers.”

“We’re already hard at work growing the company and helping dealers expand their customer base,” Schinke added.
