Movate Bolsters Leadership Team With Two New C-Suite Executives

Digital technology and customer experience (CX) services provider Movate has announced the addition of two seasoned executives to its leadership team. Dariyus Setna and Chris Condon have been appointed as EVP and Chief Revenue Officers.

Setna, who will oversee Digital Services, brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. His background includes founder and CEO roles, as well as executive positions at firms such as EY Consulting, Capgemini, Cognizant, and Globant. At Globant, Setna played a key role in achieving significant revenue and market capitalization growth, according to Movate.

“As AI and various digital technologies continue to evolve rapidly, clients need a dependable digital services partner,” Setna said in a statement. He emphasized Movate’s combination of industry expertise, technology experience, and focus on business outcomes as key factors in his decision to join the company.

Condon, who will lead CX Transformation, comes to Movate with more than 25 years of experience in customer experience and technology solutions. He spent over two decades at TTEC, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at TTEC Digital. Condon’s experience also includes managing contact center operations at Merrill Lynch.

“Movate’s deep heritage in CX services, and more recent investments in digital and AI-driven CX capabilities, well ahead of other firms in the market, attracted me to Movate,” Condon said in the company announcement
.
Sunil Mittal, CEO of Movate, expressed confidence in the new appointments. “Dariyus and Chris are seasoned executives that bring solid business expertise, a digital-savvy approach, and a customer-focused mindset to the table,” he said in a statement. Mittal added that these additions would enhance the company’s go-to-market capabilities and help drive growth momentum.

The appointments come as part of Movate’s broader strategy to position itself for future growth. The company has recently completed acquisitions, expanded its geographic footprint, and strengthened its executive team.

Movate, which employs over 12,000 full-time staff across 20 global locations, provides services to growth-oriented companies across various industries. The company also maintains a network of technology experts spanning 60 countries and over 100 languages.
