North Texas’ Solera Corp. Files Paperwork for IPO; Seeks $10-13 Billion Valuation, per Bloomberg

Solera Corp., the Westlake-based global provider of SaaS solutions for the vehicle lifecycle ecosystem, announced in late June that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of common stock.

Bloomberg reported that Solera, backed by Vista Equity Partners, was seeking a valuation between $10 billion and $13 billion through its planned IPO....
