Mariah Hay is the Dallas UX Director for Universal Mind, an agency that specializes in creating digital experiences that simplify people’s lives and one of the largest independent digital agencies in North America. Mariah’s deep knowledge of design for healthcare is largely attributed to over a decade of tenure in the industry. She has served as the Director of User Experience for remote patient monitoring company, AMC Health, developing remote patient monitoring software that connects with medical devices and clinical services. She worked as Design Manager for healthcare GPO and Analytics Company, VHA, in Innovation Practices to look at future innovation commercialization opportunities in the healthcare space. During her tenure as Director of Communications for Georgia Regional Hospital at Savannah, Mariah was recognized by the State of Georgia with an Innovative Work Award for her efforts to partner with Savannah College of Art and Design to design better care experiences for patients and their families through service and facility design.
