Tishcox is outsourcing production to the Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind, where blind and visually-impaired workers will sew the line’s high-end garments, CultureMap said.

Founder Tish Cox’s brand of blouses, dresses, skirts and other apparel was started in 2010 after a friend asked here to make a dress for an event, CultureMap said....
